1. Company policies

When starting a partnership with Shezivo an easy-to-read contract, for the service you are engaging in will be provided for you to sign. Please view shezivos nitty gritty info below:

2. Do you do general design work?

We can absolutely take on design work for your project, our service packages are our specialty and would love to help out in your project,  but ad hoc design projects are dependent on the availability of the studio schedule, so if you have an upcoming project it’s best to get in touch with us asap.

3. How are files supplied?

All files will be supplied to you via a file-sharing site. If that’s not your jam, we can get the files to you on USB or the likes. Depending on what service we are providing you, files may be emailed to you. If you are unsure and want more information on specifics email: hello@shezivo.com

4. Can we meet in person?

Shezivo is located in Canberra, Australia so if you are in the area, we are happy to meet up with you. We travel depending on the project but in most cases distance is not a consideration as a lot of work can be done virtually. So as long as you have access to the internet and email we got this!

5. How soon can we start?

Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 1-3 months in advance. To get an idea of our current availability, fill out our brand application form.

6. I want to book in! now what?

Well this is some celebratory, pop the champagne vibes going on here! Joining the shezivo FAM is always a party! To start you will need to fill out the brand application form and from there we book you in to have a discovery call, to make sure we are the right fit. After the call, we will send you a custom proposal for your project.

7. How much do you cost?

Every project and service is different, so we always like to hop on a discovery call to talk about your specific needs first. Then we’ll put together a proposal and quote for you. However, projects can start from $2,000 and can range to 15k. Design is an investment and we always want to make that investment worthwhile for our clients. Our goal is to make growing your business simpler. By giving you the tools to utilise your branding well, you’ll have more confidence to launch that new product, expand your services or open up that shopfront. And that, friends, is a valuable gift for your business.

8. Payment terms

To lock in a project, after the proposal has been reviewed and accepted we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid halfway through your project or prior to completion. On occasions, we can negotiate (where possible) payment terms that suit both parties. We require the 50% deposit on all projects as we are a small studio with lots of inquiries and our designers book out quickly, the deposit secures your spot in the calendar, because you guessed it, we don’t reserve spots, it really is the case of first in first served at shezivo.
