At our very first meeting, we create a big-picture brand strategy plan and get aligned with your goals. It's so vital that we understand your brand personality inside and out, once we have the tea, we will run a brand audit, to uncover opportunities for improvement, set project priorities and brainstorm for the future.

To ensure consistency throughout your work and to ensure nothing gets lost in translation, you will always work with our creative studio Director. From there we get to work, our team handles all the things, so you can focus on your business, while we keep your branding looking and feeling polished and profesh!

We deliver our design work once it’s complete - there is no holding back till the creative design retainer has finished for the month, because we know the importance of running the show! so we do it in the quickest time frames possible, that way we can go through drafts and talk through feedback and implement refinements.

How do I know how many hours I have left?
We are very transparent about where hours are being spent and all work is timed, when you have reached 80% of your design retainer we will send you an email so you know where you are sitting, you will also gain access to your own client portal where you can see the progress of tasks and submit tasks, we also provide a detailed report at the end of each month.
Is a retainer really what my business needs?
Meeting the design needs of your business can be tricky, and chances are you already know the value of good design and the impact it can have on the growth of your business. Working with our design services, you’ll be able to offload work that can be done quicker and with higher quality than trying to do them on your own, and more importantly freeing up time in your schedule for things that only you can do.
How do I know which package is right for me?

How do revisions work?
There is always a chance that you’ll need a few things tweaked here and there, and it is an organic and necessary part of the design process. We reduce the need for constant changes because we get to know your brand personality. When there is time spent revising designs, this is subtracted from your allotted time each month.
What if I don’t use all my hours for the month?
Hours must be used in their given month and do not rollover. This ensures that our team can schedule all of our client’s projects to get the time and attention that they deserve. But it's not all “use it or lose it” You’ll be notified if you have many hours remaining - that way you can send us more projects to complete and utlise your time properly.
What are your turnaround times?
Our designers set a dedicated time to complete your work, and our scheduling is at the core of how our design retainer works. Whilst we pride ourselves on our fast turnarounds we plan and schedule our week, one week in advance, that way we can move your job priorities around within the month. Why is there a minimum commitment?
We believe that by building deeper relationships we can learn about what truly matters to your brand image and achieve your goals. We offer retainers on a 3 month contract to start, after the first 3 months, we can customise a plan to suit, i.e if you’re using more or less than expected. After the initial three month period, we would suggest a 6 month design retainer, so we can keep rolling out the good stuff.
What if we aren’t a good fit & ive signed the contract?
You are free to cancel your package at any time, however, by signing up to the contract, we both agree to give each other 1 months notice on any variations or the official cancellation, as well as a 25% cancellation fee of the total agreement cost.
