We would love to hear all about your brand, what you’re passionate about and your big hairy goals. By sending in your brand application we can get a better understanding of your brand identity, and then we can set up a meeting to chat about your brand.

After we have spoken about the process and approach, we can now lock-in your content shoot, we will send you a quote and once approved we will send you an invoice and contract to get you scheduled into our calendar.

It’s time to shine! All the prep has paid off and we capture all the content we planned for and have a great time doing it! You will receive your edited photos and videos back within a week of the shoot day, so you will be ready to take your brand to the next level.

We’ve taken the awkward out of asking all the right questions about content, peek your answers below.
Will I receive all of the unedited photos + video as well?
Shezivo does not send unedited RAW files, or videos. Editing of photographs is what makes photographers stand apart from each other, so it is not a good representation of work, not only that, RAW files are extremely large, and require specialty programs to open them. In terms of video files these are constantly filmed and again are very large to send through.
What is your turnaround time
Images and videos are delivered within one week of the shoot, if you require a faster turnaround time (24-48 hours) there is an additional $100 rush fee.
Do I really get to have all the best images of the day?
You sure do, no more agonising over which picture is better - you will receive the photographer's best on the day pictures, if your shoot is only an hour, be comforted knowing there will always be a minimum of 5 shots supplied.
Do I need to provide any props?
Props that compliment your products will be a big part of creating strong content, depending on what we will be shooting, and what props we have on hand, props sourcing will be included in your quote if required, and if you want to use some of your own, we are open to this too.
How do I get my products back?
If you would like your products returned, this can be done by including a pre-paid return post bag, or I will invoice you for all postage expenses. Alternatively I can store your products and keep them on hand for future shoots should you need it.
Where can I use my content?
All images and videos are licences to use by your business, including social media, your website, email marketing, printed flyers and brochures.
What is your happiness guarantee?
We pretty much ensure you walk away with content that you love. If you are not 100% happy with your images or videos, We will re-shoot them or return your money in full.
Can you travel to locations for shoots?
Travel is included in all prices, and will cover up to 10 km from Canberra CBD. Anything further than this is charged at $180 per hour.
