In our chat, we are able to get a better understanding of your position, from there we will send you a customised proposal for the project. If this all looks good, you sign the contract, pay your deposit and we lock in a start date.

Can I just get a logo?
In short, no, we don't offer a logo only option. At shezivo, being a holistic marketing agency, our branding approach has many elements that bring a successful brand together. It is our goal to develop a thoughtful visual identity that will serve your business.
What if I already have parts of my branding sorted?
If you have your brand strategy sorted, and need to build off that, or if you have a brand identity without a strategy, this is all ok. At shezivo our specialty is branding, so we will look at what you have, identify if there are any gaps, to ensure you are always speaking to your ideal client. So we won't do work we don’t have to.
How long will my project take to complete?
Each project is unique and timelines do vary depending on the scope of work, we do offer design intensives for those under time crunches which gets you a brand identity in just one day. If you’re wondering about how long your branding will take, jump on a disco call (aka discovery call) with us and we can give you an accurate timeline estimate.
Do I need to book in advance?
Absolutely, and it’s best to book in as soon as possible, our creative studio usually books out 1-2 months in advance. We work on a first in first served basis, so it is important to get in touch with us well before your launch deadline.
What’s the investment for this?
We tailor each project to each client to meet their unique needs, so projects vary in price depending on the scope of the project. Our minimum engagement starts at 2k, but It’s best to schedule a disco call (aka discovery call) to chat through your design needs and then from there we will send you a quote based on your needs and goals.
Who will I be working with?
Our team of creatives will be involved in the entire process, but our Founder will always be your lead designer, and strategist, to ensure nothing gets lost in translation.
