Please read the following Terms of Service completely before using Shezivo.com which is operated by Shezivo. This agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access the Service.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Shezivo and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. Shezivo reserves all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright in material and/or services provided by it. The copyright in the Website and its content, including, but not limited to, design templates, is owned by Shezivo, its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed the materials to Shezivo or its affiliates. All trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual property – Sale of content

The Customer agrees that the benefit to be received by the Customer from the Sale Content (Benefit) is for personal use or the use of their respective business; and not to be commercially sold, sub-licensed, or otherwise commercially exploited.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchases. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

By purchasing Sale Content, therefore, being a party to a Sale, you agree to the cost of sale (Content Price), advertised by Shezivo on the Website and/or FFS Platform, at the time of the Sale. Shezivo reserves the right to change the Content Price of any Sale Content, from time to time, without notice to the Customers or users of the Website. Shezivo may not change the Content Price of an agreed Sale.

Point of sale – Terms & Conditions

Shezivo uses a number of payment gateways for payments made by Customers to Shezivo (Payments); and refunds issued by Shezivo to Customers (Refunds). In the process of making Payments, you may be re-directed to the platform used by that payment gateway (Payment Platform) and, in doing so, agree to the Terms of Use of such Payment Platform. Shezivo reserves the right to change the preferred payment gateway, from time to time, without notice to any Customers. All transactions are processed in AUD figures.

Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Shezivo.

Shezivo has no control over, and assumes no liability for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party web sites or services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you further acknowledge and agree that Shezivo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use or reliance on any such third-part content, goods or services.

Changes

Shezivo reserves the right to change the terms of access, conditions and notices under which the Website is offered with or without notice to you and without giving any explanation or justification for such change. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constituted your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
